Services
Three ways in. You can stop after any of them.
Every engagement starts by counting what the work costs today. If the number does not justify building anything, that is a finding, not a failure, and you will hear it from us first.
01 / The tiers
Audit, build, run.
Audit
Find out what the manual work actually costs, before committing to anything.
Most common
Build
We build the automation, prove it on real data, and hand it to your team.
Run
We stay on for the automations you would rather not own day to day.
02 / What is inside
Open the one you are considering.
- Shape
- Fixed price, fixed scope, one written report.
- You get
- Every process mapped step by step, with the time each one takes and how often it runs.
- Ends with
- A ranked list. What to automate first, what to leave alone, and what to simply stop doing.
- Honest note
- Some processes should not be automated. They should be deleted. The audit will say so.
- Shape
- Quoted per process against the audit numbers, so the payback is known before work starts.
- You get
- The automation, running in your tenant, with its own error reporting and a written handover.
- Ends with
- A working process nobody performs, and a document your team can maintain it from.
- Honest note
- We build one process properly before we build six. The first one teaches us your organisation.
- Shape
- Monthly, per set of processes, cancellable.
- You get
- Monitoring, fixes when a system underneath changes, and changes as the process changes.
- Ends with
- Nothing. That is the point. It ends when you decide to take it in house.
- Honest note
- Most clients do not need this. Take it if the process is business critical, not by default.
03 / Delivery
What six weeks looks like.
A typical first process. Your time in it is about six hours in total.
- Week 1
- We watch the process and record it. Two to four sessions, an hour each
- Week 2
- We count what it costs and show you the ranked list. One session to walk through it
- Weeks 3–5
- We build, and you see it running on real data each week. Weekly, thirty minutes
- Week 6
- Handover. Documentation, the walkthrough, and the keys. One session, then we step back
04 / Fit
Honesty converts better than persuasion.
Right for you if
- The same steps happen on a schedule, or every time something arrives.
- The process is written down somewhere, or one person can describe it end to end.
- You are on Microsoft 365 already.
- Somebody can decide. Automation dies in committees.
Not right if
- The process changes shape every time it runs. Automate the stable part or nothing.
- Nobody agrees what the process actually is. That is a different piece of work, and it comes first.
- You want a headcount reduction on a deadline. This gives time back; what you do with it is your decision, not ours.
- The system involved has no API and no interface worth touching. We will tell you early.
