What this site collects.

Almost nothing. This page says exactly what, and what happens to it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no chat widget. That is why there is no cookie banner, there is nothing to consent to.

What we know about your visit

The server records ordinary web server logs: the page requested, the time, the browser's user agent, and an IP address. These are kept because a server that cannot be debugged cannot be secured. They are not linked to a person, not used to build a profile, and not shared with anyone.

Traffic reaches the site through Cloudflare, which sits in front of it and keeps its own logs for the same purpose.

If you fill in the form

You give us your name, email, phone number, which tools you are already running, what you need doing, and a description of the process. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for that conversation. Nothing else.

Nothing you type is sent anywhere by this website. The form writes the details into a message and hands it to your own email program. You can read it, change it, or close it without sending. It reaches us only when you press send, and it arrives as an ordinary email from you.

That means no third party form service is involved, and this site never receives a copy. Once your message arrives it lives in our mailbox, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and for two years afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Work we do for you

This page covers the website. It does not cover an engagement. Automation we build runs inside your own Microsoft tenant, under your licences and your retention rules, we do not hold a copy of your data. Where an engagement needs access to your systems, that is written into the engagement agreement, not this page.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] and we will answer within one working day. There is no form to fill in and no process to follow.

Changes

If this site starts collecting something it does not collect today, this page changes on the same day, and the date at the top changes with it. It will not be updated quietly.
