About

We build the thing that does it, then hand you the keys.

Automatiq exists because the same work keeps being done twice. Once by the system, and once by a person filling the gap between two systems that were never introduced. We close that gap, and then we leave.

01 / What we think

The work is not the problem. Repeating it is.

Nobody minds doing something once. What wears a team down is doing it again on Tuesday, and again on Wednesday, knowing exactly how it ends.

You cannot automate a process nobody has written down.

Most automation fails here, before a line is built. If two people describe the process differently, that disagreement is the first piece of work, and it is not a technical one.

Most of the work is deciding what not to automate.

Some processes should be simplified first. Some should be deleted outright. Building the wrong thing quickly is still building the wrong thing, so we say no before we say how much.

02 / How we work

The unglamorous parts, stated.

Sessions
We watch the process where it happens, with whoever performs it. Not a workshop, and not a form to fill in
Contact
One named person, start to finish. No account manager between you and whoever is building.
Replies
Within one working day, on working days. If something will take longer, you get the timeline rather than silence
Progress
You see it running on real data every week from the first build week. Nothing is developed in private and revealed at the end
Saying no
If a process should not be automated, we say so and tell you why. Some should be deleted instead, and that is a real answer

03 / Where we work

Remote, and honest about time zones.

Regions
United Kingdom, Europe and the Gulf
Languages
English and Arabic
On site
Where it genuinely helps, usually the first week. The rest works better remote, and costs you less

Bring the process. We will tell you if it can go.
